How on earth is it alright for judge McGuire in Yolo region to grant my children over to their dad who indeed was demonstrated to reside in a home where children were choking,kicking and punching my children?

How on earth is it alright for judge McGuire in Yolo region to grant my children over to their dad who indeed was demonstrated to reside in a home where children were choking,kicking and punching my children?
The MDIC examination demonstrated maltreatment upon my children in that home.....and the appointed authority sent youngster there. I presently have 0 % authority and haven't seen my children I right around 3 years!
