My life partner is a safety officer. His manager is attempting to construct a paper trail against him to fire him for declining to remain additional time since they're short staffed.

He declines since we both work evenings and he gets off early enough to take my children to school on schedule and I don't. It's the main functional answer for our circumstance and they're attempting to drive him to remain at work.

They have a go at advising him toward the start of his shift that he needs to remain and he is clear with him that he can't. Then, at that point they illuminate him toward the end regarding his shift there is no help. He discloses to them that they need to get help to his post or he's moving to leave and alleviation appears. However at that point they review him for leaving his post. He composed on the review that his help was there before he left. His shift lead disclosed to him his administrator is attempting to set him up.

In the event that they do fire him, is there anything we can do?
