I'm writing to inquire as to whether anybody manages, or has managed, the lawfulness of a "misdeed" or "defamation?" My better half and I do a digital broadcast, and our most recent scene my significant other portrayed giving up positions work, and depicted her life as she was in that profession; which is an educational encounter and all reasonable game. Presently others have come out and might want come on the webcast and offer their encounters in what could be marked a "antagonistic workplace" by the present principles.
So my inquiry is: would they be able to say anything they desire insofar as names and the organization isn't referenced, and their "shouldn't" or "proved unable" be any lawful activity taken by the leader of this organization, and we wind up going through a fight in court over a defamation case?
