I'm just asking what can I do because my friend mortgaged the engine to me.
Then I paid for the engine at home. We have a handwritten agreement to redeem my engine at the end of August but not far off notarized. Now I can find my friend I didn't even take the engine from me or I just held it .. he doesn't seem to be paying for the engine anymore, maybe I'll be the one to blame, what can I do?
