I live in Oklahoma I as of late moved into a loft and inside the initial 3 weeks

my AC isn't working. We inspected the unit and it is a busted blower I think. I have messaged, called and messaged my landowner. This happened last Wednesday, not certain what was happening I didn't advise them until last Friday. They said somebody would come out, and nobody came. Its more than 97 degrees in my home, and they won't answer any messages, messages or calls. In case something isn't done inside the following week, can I lawfully 'break' my rent? I haven't remained in my home for seven days. I don't want to wind up on the outs with my financial record, yet its unacceptable. Particularly considering the most sweltering day of the year for us so far two or three days prior.
