Church and courts are not together so when there is a separation in courts yet a long time elapsed by and needs to re wed and discovers that they might in any case be hitched through the congregation ,how can one approach getting separated in the congregation also? Any other individual gone through this if it's not too much trouble, let me know data please.. Spouse/Father left for another lady made wife destitute to acquire care of kids and had infants with the other lady while still wedded with courts and Church, giving data on issue here if makes a difference. Normally an annulment through the church of Catholic. Not sure about other religions.
